Our templates come with a one time use license. This means they can only be used once per personal/commercial project. If you need to install the template more than once, multiple templates must be purchased. You may not under any circumstances resell the template design/any design materials included or claim the design as your own.

You must not in any circumstances:

(a) publish, republish, sell, license, sub-license, rent, transfer, broadcast, distribute or redistribute any part of the template;
(b) edit, modify, adapt or alter the any part of the template;
(c) use the template in any way that is unlawful or in breach of any person's legal rights under any applicable law, or
in any way that is offensive, indecent, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable];
(e) use the template or any part of the template for a commercial purpose.

You must retain, and must not delete, obscure or remove, all copyright notices and other proprietary notices in the template.

The rights granted to you by this disclaimer are personal to you, and you must not permit any third party to exercise these rights.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
